I am offering a flatshare, in a very desirable area of North Leamington Spa.

What you will get is a double room, with the apartment to yourself during the week (so you will have a great deal of privacy). All of the bills will be paid by myself, including Council Tax. Im a friendly guy, and am after either male or female as long as you fit the criteria below:

What I require is a clean, English-speaking professional, who respects my property, and also respects the fact that I like to come back most weekends (but not all), and chill out. Im a sociable guy, but not a party-animal any more (as Im 33), and would therefore NOT like my place to be treated like a youth club.

Im asking for £100 per week, which I really dont think is asking too much, considering the housing market and also that you will be getting the place to yourself most of the time.
