We have a semi detached house in the Bilton area of Rugby. At the moment 2 females are sharing the house and we are looking for a third professional female to share. The third bedroom is quite small, it has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage space in it. The kitchen, lounge, bathroom and conservatory are all shared between the three tenants. There is ample parking on the drive and a garden with patio area.
The house is nicely decorated and has a modern kitchen. The other two occupants are both nurses and very nice. They have lived in the house for two years.Bill are not included in the rent. The house is fully furnished and comfortable.
There is easy access to the town of Rugby on a regular bus service.
