Funeral Arranger Required

We are looking for a Funeral Arranger in our Solihull office.

The successful candidate for this role will have a caring nature and be able to deal with and empathise with grieving families in their time of loss.

Previous experience is preferred although training can be given to an exceptional applicant, however we would assume you have some office experience to deal with all relevant administration.
Duties will include general office tasks, completion of all relevant paperwork, answering the telephone and dealing with families, cemetery officials, doctors, ministers, stone masons etc.

Must be able to deliver the highest level of service, helping mourners feel comfortable and at ease while making their funeral arrangements. Some cash handling duties are required.

You should be computer literate with good customer service skills. You must have good numerical, literacy and most important good communication skills. Must be a problem solver, team player, sensitive, respectful, customer focused and able to build and maintain relationships with families and customers.

Hours are approx 39pw f/t and 23pw p/t (overtime may be available)
Ongoing training and uniform will be provided.
