We are looking for a strong Kitchen Manager to make the August relaunch of this superb venue a huge success.This is a stand alone operation but it benefits from links to a large restaurant group. Great Salary and opportunity to achieve bonus

Job Description
As kitchen Manager you will lead a team of 9 to achieve the highest and most consistent standards of food offer. You will work in conjunction with the General Manager to set menus and specials. Whilst ensuring the standard of hygiene within the kitchen is superb. You will also control both food costs and labour % in-line with targets to achieve bonus

Required Experience

* Experience within a fresh concept branded operation
* Some exposure to non Branded Restaurant or Hotels
* A good understanding of Kitchen Financials, managing food cost
* Developing and training the kitchen team to ensure a consistent offer.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary up to 22,000 neg plus bonus and a real chance to develop your career.
