I've just started back up at the gym and although i'm not overweight or unfit I want to bulk up a bit. My goal is to get a pysic somewhat like a rugby player.

I go about 3 to 4 evening a week and some weekends. About 3 days of weights and one cardio day a week.

I'm a member at the AT7 so if anyone is interested in similar goals give me a shout.
