Hi...We have a large one bedroom bungalow for the 55+ (pets are welcome) Situated on a complex of just 20 Anchor bungalows in a lovely semi-rural position of Hillmorton its a quiet area yet close to shops / po /vets / pubs etc, and with good conections to the m1 Jct 18/ m6 and for those without transport there is a good bus service to Rugby,Daventry,Leamington Spa, Coventry etc. There is also a good rail station in closeby Rugby for locations to London,Birmingham,north and south of the country.
We seek a move into a quiet area similar to exchange offered either coastal/country. Would also consider a 3 way exchange to get the swap required.
