Our West Midlands based Local Government client requires a Social Care Lawyer for at least a three month basis.

You will be responsible for a full Social Care caseload including -

1. Undertaking emergency applications

2. Undertaking duty rota legal advice

3. Understanding of the new PLO

You must have 2 years PQE and Childcare Knowledge ideally from a Local Authority for this position.
