I am looking for a housemate to share my two bedrrom home with. I live in the Earlsdon area in a two bedroom house (spacious), one bathroom and a large sitting room, kitchen and dining area. The place will be available for rent on the 16th of Dec. It is a safe, friendly neighbourhood with access to lots of buses going into downtown coventry (towards coventry university) and also Warwick University. The rent is £250 a month with shared bills. A deposit would be required as well that will be returned when leaving.
