The responsibilities of this Commis Chef position will include:
-Maintaining the high standards of this restaurant
-Supporting senior chefs as required
-Preparing food prior to service
-Working effectively as part of a dedicated team
-Taking part in training and skill development
The working pattern for Commis Chef will be five days out of seven as and when the business requires. The standard number of hours will be approximately forty per week.
