Coventry houses / flats for rent - short term
Need a private flat apartment for a couple during summer (£450 pcm)
We are a married postgraduate couple who currently live in Tile Hill
for studying at Warwick University.
Though our tenancy contract expires at the end of June,
we need to stay further in Coventry until mid (or end of)September.
So we are looking for a private apartment/house for our own
from July 1st (or August 1st) till mid (or end of)September.
We wish to be located close by to Warwick University, but it is not essential.
Our maximum budget would be £450 per month.(It is still negotiable, though)
We are a quiet, polite and responsible couple who can absolutely
take good care of your property.
