Business Analyst, Chordiant, Northampton, Requirements gathering. To undertake detailed and complex analysis, investigation, research and evaluation of the business on a major business change project. To provide specialist, objective analytical insight based on work completed by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a project. To formulate and present recommendations based on analysis in order to influence the decisions of senior project and business management.
Effective management and reporting of own time to deliver against project target KPIs
Report progress regularly to the Senior Business Analysts or Project Manager as appropriate
Undertake Business Analyst interviews and analysis
Provide complex data analysis and scenario modelling
Provide objective analysis of SME output
Provide analytical support to Project Management where appropriate
Contribute to the production of:
Project/programme analytical factbase
Project/programme Benefits Plan
Project/programme Business and Benefits Case
Project/Programme Business Requirements definition
Personal & Professional Development
Keep up to date personally with latest thinking in chosen subject/discipline by attending and presenting at conferences, producing research material for leading-edge journals, etc.
Achieve the required level of accreditation in the Groups mandated Change Methods and Tools
