The property is ** Lowther Street, Stoke, Coventry, CV2 4GJ. Which is a nice quiet street, and just a 15 minute walk from Coventry University. Just 5 minutes down the road is Ball Hill which has lots of shops, bars, restaurants and good public transport access.

The house itself is lovely. There are four bedrooms (one of which is already taken), One of which is a double room, and two are slightly smaller. All rooms have a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, bed side table and shelves. They also have an Ariel that connects to the main outside ariel, which means we get great freeview signal.

The bathroom is really nice, there is a bath and shower, large mirror, and cupboard space.

The kitchen is really spacious, with a fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, george forman grill, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a small conservatory on the back of the house which leads to a lovely, well maintained lawn.

The lounge has two sofa's, a coffee table and a TV stand. it's a really lovely room :-)

The rent is £50 per week, and bills are no more than £10 per week. The bills include gas, electricity, water, wireless broadband and tv licence. The landlord does also require a £200 deposit just to protect the house from any damage etc. but this deposit is refunded when you decide to leave the property.

There is also on street parking.
