Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to gain qualifications and work experience, and get paid for your efforts.

Getting paid while you learn might sound too good to be true - but as an apprentice you really do get the best of both worlds.

If you are aged 16-18 year old, you are keen to enter the world of work but don't want a dead end job, then an Apprenticeship could be the answer.

Apprenticeships allow you to start working and earn a wage as you learn the skills and gain the qualifications that employers want.

An Apprenticeship is a valued and recognised qualification for many industries. Enterprise Solutions Training Ltd is looking to place Apprentices in the following types of jobs:

• Carry & Deliver Goods
• Traffic Office
• Warehousing and Storage

Typically the training will last 12 – 18 months as you work towards a National Vocational Qualification at Level 2, Key Skills and a Technical Certificate.

You will be set up with employment in the relevant industry, and earning a minimum of £95 per week to start with. We are currently helping 16-18 year olds, into employment, all over the West Midlands.

Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by Government. Training for Apprenticeships for 19 to 24 year olds is part funded, with employers expected to make a contribution. Funding for apprentices aged 25 is very limited and employers are expected to make a part or full contribution.
