Salary: £16 - £20,000 pa

Manufactured in Harrogate, EnviroVent ventilation products are among the most innovative and environmentally friendly domestic ventilation products in the world.

Due to the further development of our Installations Division we are looking to recruit 2 individuals to undertake property surveys, predominantly for the social housing market, for the purpose of recommending the most appropriate ventilation solution required.

Reporting to the Installations Manager you will need to plan and organise your working week, which will include making and attending appointments with home occupiers in your area. You will conduct observational surveys for condensation and mould growth, produce sketch drawings and a recommendation for solution.

As a front line representative of EnviroVent Ltd, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be articulate, polite and have a good telephone manner. GCSE English and Maths is desirable and knowledge of building construction would be an advantage. Full training will be provided.

A vehicle and equipment will be provided and a full driving licence (preferably clean) is essential. There may be the occasional requirement to work away from home and expenses will be paid.
