We have a very exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global organisation in the financial services sector. Our Client is seeking a strong manager to lead their team of Customer Service advisors. They offer excellent benefits, generous bonuses, Full training and career progression.
Full training is provided, however you must meet the following criteria:
Skills / experience:
* 2 years man management experience in a retail / customer service environment face to face
* Confident with budgets, planning, target setting, training, team leadership
* Cash handling experience ie cashing up tills, banking money etc
* Ability to liaise with various levels of staff up to regional management
* Experience in conducting 121s, appraisals and disciplinary procedures, HR Duties.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Marketing and understanding local competitors.
* Good knowledge of store profit and loss and how to drive sales accordingly.
* A track record of developing a team through performance management.
* A real passion for retail, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Hours of work are 9am-5.30/6pm, on a 5 day rota. (Flexibility is required)
Due to the service offered by the company, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
Salary: between 16-20k p.a. plus generous bonus scheme (OTE 25k + )
Services provided by our Client are financial services, however you do not need any experience in the finance sector as full training is given. The role is similar to that of a bank or building society. Please only apply if this is the field you wish to train / work in.
