I have a box room to rent... the house is in Holbrooks, Coventry - really near to the Ricoh Arena.
The house is modern and recently refurbished, it is sharing with myself (Female, 23, professional) and another 23yo female (student). We are both easy going and friendly and looking for someone similar for the third room in the house.
The room is fairly small, but nice with a single bed and wardrobe already there.
The rent is £260 per month, this is inclusive of all bills.
