The house is based in Daventry and with in easy commute to all the country, very central.

If has full central heating, washer dryer, ultra modern kitchen, Decked garden to rear, off road parking at the front. Sky, Wifi and free local and national calls ( not to mobiles, etc) all the creature comforts
Smoking allowed outside or down stairs only

Rent is £80 a week including all bills council tax, gas electic, etc.
Food can be by agreement as I cook every day etc (fully trained chef)

Ideal person is easy going, tidy considerate to others references preferred.
