We are looking for freelance/self-employed creatives to share a really nice, brand new creative studio and office space with us in the heart of Leamington Spa, in a beautiful regency building, with heaps of space and views over 2 parks!

We are a Web Developer and a Graphic Designer who work under the name "Good Show Studio" and we'd like to have other people join us as a sort of collective, to make a really nice work environment affordable. We intend to have desk spaces for everyone there, as well as a nice seating/meeting area for everyone to use and a chill-out area. There are 2 large rooms (really large!) and one small room.

We're looking for anyone working in the creative field, so designers, illustrators, photographers, artists, writers, film-makers, artists etc. who maybe work alone or as a small company and who would like to share a large, very nice studio with us in Leamington Spa. Prices will be around £150-180 a month for a permanent desk, or £15/day to come in from time to time. You get company, workmates, a social life and great space to show your clients you're a professional! There is space for quite a few people, so it would be lovely to get a really lively place with lots of lovely creative types in there.
