You will be joining an energetic, hard-working and talented technical team. Your initial role will give you broad technical exposure, including:
• Post-sales technical support – handling customer support requests (1st line support) and solving customer problems (2nd line support), backed up by expert 3rd line support engineers where needed
• Repairs – diagnosis and repair of faulty products
• Production - assembly and final testing of some products

In addition, you will have opportunities to expand your skills and extend your role with additional responsibilities (eg pre-sales technical support, testing, internal IT operations).



Ideally, you will be:

• Trained and with practical experience in computer science or similar
• Familiar with networking and internet infrastructure technologies (e.g. Apache, DNS, DHCP, Squid, etc)
• Familiar with Linux or other Unix; fluency in o/s and networking gained in Windows environments is a possible alternative
• Experienced working with x86 architecture hardware
