A Warwickshire School is looking for an experienced teacher of English to join their very successful English Department. The school is considered high achieving and last years GCSE and A Level results placed them amongst the best schools in the Warwickshire LEA. The position has arisen due to a current teacher retiring. It will be on a full time basis and will initially be on a temporary contract with scope to moving into a more permanent role with the school. The position will begin after October half term. Suitable candidates will ideally have the following attributes:

* Qualified Teacher Status.

* Experience of teaching English to KS4 in a mainstream school.

* Ability to build a good rapport with pupils and staff alike.

* A committed and dedicated character with a passion for teaching.

* A strong and mature classroom management ability.
