Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for Senior Finance Analyst to join a large plc business within the FMCG sector based in Coventry. The companys location is commutable from Leicester, Birmingham & Northampton. The business is one of the market leaders in their sector and is a well respected business.

The Role

The Senior Finance Analyst role will be supporting the rapidly growing business, this role will assume responsibility for the accurate reporting and value added analysis of all financial aspects of stock and stock loss across the general merchandise and business units. Although a finance role, this role is an integral part of the commercial buying, merchandising and supply chain teams within the business, supporting these teams to deliver the business's goals within a balanced and controlled fashion delivering a balanced scorecard of financial and non-financial measures. The role holder will be expected to support the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager for Supply Chain Operations and the N business teams across all aspects of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and decision support.The ideal candidate will be a qualified individual in either ACCA or CIMA. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to present and work with non-finance staff. You will be results orientated and be task driven. You will be able to demonstrate this from the success in your career to date.

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 - £55,000 plus great benefits
