I have 2 Large double rooms and a single available for rent as of immediately. The house is in very good condition, has full central heating, and is located in one of the nicest areas of Coventry which is quiet and friendly. Shops are close by and the number 10 bus stop (City Centre) 50 metres away and 12 bus route into Warwick University a short walk away. The house has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, also with a recently fitted kitchen and lovely gardens at the front and rear.

The rental will include:
Utility bills up to a capped 'fair usage' limit. (Electric, Gas, Water)
All Furniture
Washing machine usage
Kitchen utensils

Does not include:
Council tax - (if you are a student this doesn't apply to you)
Telephone
Sky/cable TV/internet

The rooms are priced at:
£320pcm for the double room and £340pcm for the massive room
I would prefer Postgraduate students or young professionals, however I am open to applications. I am a Research Scientist at Warwick University, and I am thoroughly professional and fair.

Upon accepting the room, I will also require proof of previous address/parents address, proof of course at university or place of work if appropriate and one months deposit will also be required.
