I have 18 months experience using server based environments and handling the requirements of many customersas part of a team for a respectable small business. During which time I started and completed my NVQ level 3 and Btech national certificate awards. I am currently looking to forward my eductaion and start a Microsoft certification in Windows server and Windows7 operating systems as soon as possible and am looking for a position within a company that will require a 1st or 2nd line support for customers.

Microsoft Office
Sonic walls

Routing and networking

As well as a host of new software that we had to get our heads around such as Blackberry BES software/ Netpilots/
