Large Country House to rent near Tile Hill Balsall Common Kenilworth area (£325 pcm)
Two post-graduate medical students (one male, one female) at Warwick university, a business student (male) at Birmingham and an agricultural scientist (female) are currently living in the property. We are looking for housemates to live in the other 2 double bedrooms in our large country house. Preferably post-graduate students/mature students/medical students/junior doctors. Non-smokers.
The house is a large 6 double bedroom property with a spacious kitchen (complete with table, dishwasher and all mod cons), large living room and conservatory/sun room. We have a few acres of grounds including a large lawn (complete with rabbits), tennis court, lake and orchard. There is room for a vegetable patch if you want to grow your own food.
Gas/Electricity/Water and phone line rental bills included in the rent. No lengthy contract. Own transport will be needed as house location is off the bus route. Although it is only a 10-15 minute drive to Warwick University, 10 minutes to Tile Hill and 10 mins to Kenilworth.
