This is a large double room, in a 3 bedroom house On brightmere road, which is 10 minutes walk from the city center. And near Bablake school/Coundon pub, CV6 1LS for map quest.

We are 3 minutes from a pharmacy and a little super market and a bank.

The house is double glazed, centrally heated and all of the rooms have recently been decorated and had new carpet down.

There is a front and rear garden, although it seems a bit cold for that to matter at the moment. There is extra storage if needed, in the loft and also in the shed.

The house has Virgin Media, and internet via wireless router. It has a brand new kitchen and the living room and kitchen have wood laminate flooring down. It has big comforatble leather settees.

The room itself is light, airy and clean - it has a double bed, fancy blinds, a bed side cabinet and a chest or drawers, there isnt actually a wardrobe in there at the moment but I do have one for the room - it just needs assembling. It also has a nice fire place, if your into that sort of thing.

The house has one toilet a big enamel bath, and a good shower. A new washing machine and tumble drier, toaster, microwave, GEORGE FORMAN, barbeque as yet unused.

I bought the house in October, and currently live there with another lodger, who has the small room, we are male, 22 and 23, clean living but not obsessively so. We both work and I'm also finishing off my degree (3rd Year).

I don't smoke but would have no objections to living with a smoker.

I have taken some photos on my phone, it was hard to get it all in so I've got 3 that cover it all.
