Candidates must have experience in the management field and must have recent experience in a similiar role. Salary dependant on experience and skills.

Job role involves day to day running of the business, responsibility for the business and its operational functionality in managers absence, Staff training and recruitment, stocks and ordering, all aspects of health and safety and legal compliancy within the job role itself.

Candidates must have strong leadership skills and be able to think quickly on their feet. Self organisation and attention to detail are required strengths for this position.
