Room available in a 3 Bedroom house. The house is within 10 walking minutes from the city centre and about 15 min from Coventry University. All the bills are included in the rent and broadband internet(Virgin Broadband) is also included in the rent.

Currently me and my wife (both of us are students) live in the upper floor. The lower floor has another bedroom (which is to rent), the living room, a large kitchen, and the bathroom with shower over bath.

We are looking for a decent and friendly professional or student. There is a lot of privacy in the house since we live in the upper floor and the door between the living room and the hallway to the advertised room can be closed.
