Seeking a female house sharer who works or studies part-time and would really benefit from low [or no] rent!

A very nice, elderly lady is offering a spare room to someone who would be around a bit during some of the day, and would be happy to give her about 10 hours practical help each week with things like cooking, light cleaning, grocery shopping and the ocasinoal short outing in her wheelchair. She will be reassured to have someone sleeping in her house at night. Her family is very close by, but she wants to continue to be as independent as possible. She would be very happy to consider installing broadband too!
