A large double bedroom in North Leamington is available. The room is unfurnished but has a fitted wardrobe. The communal living areas are all furnished - lounge, kitchen and bathroom (which you will only be sharing with 2 others as there is an ensuite in the house).
Ideally we are looking for a young professional female to keep the balance as you will be sharing with 2 guys and a girl.
there is off street parking, a garage, bike shed and small garden as well.
