I have a double room available in my flat which I have rented for over 2 years, it is in the most prestigious development in Leamington, situated at the top of Northumberland Road! I have completely furnished the flat, although you would need to supply your own bed. It really is a beautiful modern flat with all the Mod Cons you can think of including dishwasher, washer/dryer, broadband etc!

I am looking for another professional female to move in with me, preferably between the age of 24 and 29, I work hard during the week, but am looking for another girl that I can socialise with and generally have a laugh with! Im a tidy person who likes to keep the flat looking nice and clean, and so would be looking for someone similar!

Bills are not included in the rent, and would be approx another £100 per month.
