Position : Head Receptionist (Fidelio / Opera Experienced)

No “Living In” with this position

Role Description :

To Manage the Reception Department within all areas of this busy group property.
Directly managing 6 staff
Meeting quality systems and standards and ongoing staff training to meet this criteria
Meeting and exceeding guest expectations as the first point of contact
Sharing information with other departments through communication and set weekly meetings.
To have a good awareness of finances, Reservations and sales opportunities
Departmental Health, Safety & Hygiene

Experience Required :

Presently in a similar role - Either Manager or Deputy

Important Requirement : You will require Fidelio or Opera experience
