I have a 2 bedroom house in Earlsdon Coventry and would like to rent out my spare double bedroom out.

I work full time 5 days a week and therefore would ideally like someone who is also working/studying full time.

The room is clean and tidy, it's at the front of the house, has a double bed, chest of draws, tv point and a built in double wardrobe.

I'm an easy going guy, in to music and films, you would be welcome to the run of the house within reason.
