down stairs toilet and upstairs bathroom and toilet.
Large garden

House does need decorating and some work done and garden needs some attention.

Property is whitefriars.

I want to move as i have just split up with my partner and want to make a fresh start with the kids.

I would prefer a 3 bed but will consider a good sized 2 bedroom place.

I would like to go to stoke but then again MOST areas considered!
