£127 per month for box room
£167 per month for double rooms each

otherwise the two double rooms are £207 per month each.

box room is nicely done, cute n pretty but small..small wardrobe,shelf, and single bed, lots of light.

double rooms are lovely, provided with large study table, books shelf and wardrobe for storage. one of them has in built sliding mirror doored wardrobes.

rest of house: bathroom was completely redone last summer, so almost brand new!
large nice kitchen with plenty of storage space.
seperate cozy lounge and dining areas.
large garden.
parking for cars available.
overall a lovely house to be living in, landlords are brilliant too.

i have been here for 3 years now and am looking to replace housemates who studied at cov uni and warwick uni, who are now graduating.

contracts start from july 1st 2008onwards, but can make exceptions if required.
