Fitness bootcamp combines cardio exercise with weight training to give you a great workout. It will make you push yourself and increase your fitness levels. Giving you the motivation and determination to lose weight and get fit in a fun, team environment. Concentrated into 4 weeks with 3 sessions per week you are guaranteed to see results.
