My Client is a very well known, top quality establishment. They are looking for a hard working and experienced Assistant Restaurant or Assistant Brasserie Manager.

You must have experience of working within a fast passed environment and you must have excellent wine and food knowledge.

Financial knowledge is not important at this time but high quality customer service must come naturally to you.

The Salary for this role is between 16,000 and 19,000 depending on experience - references will be required.
