Bakery Manager
The Company:
Food Manufacturer require a Bakery Production Manager / Operations Manager to join their team in Warwickshire.
The Role:
Manage the bakery / production kitchen and be able to consistently produce high quality, high volume baked goods and specialities
A fast paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
Reporting to the Store Manager
Fully operational, hands on position
Fun environment with good working culture
Developing new products and rolling them out through the company
The Person:
Position would suit a passionate and food focused individual who is currently a Head Baker at a high profile retail production kitchen or outlet or Pastry Chef specializing in baking quality goods in a top hotel
Must have excellent organisational, man-management and communication skills
Good and solid experience of working within the industry
Kitchen managers who can think on their feet and drive for results!
