Homewares and Collectables Valuer(s)
Commitment:
Preferably 4 hours per week.
Many shifts are currently available.
Context:
This is a good opportunity to volunteer in a vibrant and fast paced Oxfam shop. You will be joining an existing homewares volunteer in a department with good potential to develop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and value saleable items from donated stock
• Identify potential high value items for sale at auction or online
• Price items online within the shop pricing guidelines and policy
• Display in shop/replenish as required following guidelines
Skills and competences:
• Excellent attention to detail as homewares will be sorted to a high
standard
• An interest in homewares and or collectables
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work within agreed shop guidelines.
• Willingness to learn (training given).
