this is a total gym.. No weights needed as you use your own body weight as resistance. Its ideal for beginners and more advanced as it can be raised and lowered for all excersises.
The pictures show the diffrent heights available and there are upto 7 variations.
Its in excellent condition no marks at all.
There is also a footplate so so can vary the excersise you do.
