Hi, I have 2 rooms available in a 5 bed house. Both rooms are quite large with ample space and are furnished with double beds and cupboards and wardrobes. tThe house has a large lounge with 42" plasma, decent stereo system and dining table. the kitchen is also large with dishwasher, washing and drying machines and a large fridge/freezer with ice machine and filtered water on tap. the house also has off-road parking, 2 bathrooms, cinema room, games room and 20mb wireless internet. The house is situated about 5 minutes walk from asda and 5 minutes from a main bus route into town.
At the minute there is just me (26) and a young couple (18+21).
The rent is £280 for a single person or £360 for a couple sharing a room, this includes all bills and council tax and no deposit is needed. Two of us are smokers so other smokers and non-smokers are more than welcome. All three of us are friendly and easy-going.
