D and P Consultants Ltd are Seeking to recruit a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to work for our Rugby based Driving Recruitment agency.
You will need to be a sales focused individual to promote the business through Canvass calling, Telesales, Arranging and attending sales meetings and generating new business.
This role is focussing on the business development and sales activity though there is also an opportunity to be actively involved in operations, contracting drivers to various Haulage, Logistics and Distribution companies /organisations throughout the Rugby and Warwickshire area.
The successful candidate is required to have previously worked in sales for the recruitment industry (Driving not essential) and be confident in canvassing for new business. Be an outgoing and bubbly character who is able to work off their own initiative as well as part of a team.
This position is offering a basic salary of £16,000 to £20,000 plus achievable bonuses.
