Can anyone HELP?????
My daughter is a student nurse studying at Cov Uni, while attending a late evening lectuer some heartless git/s 'mugged' her and stole her bag containing her laptop and mobile phone etc,etc.
She has no way of being able to afford to replace these items and our insurance has politely declined to cover the items as 'they were away from home'.
My daughter relies completely on her laptop for her coursework and research. Fortunately a lot of her stuff is on a usb stick, but all of her recent stuff has been lost, so she will have to start again.
Is there anyone out there that has a 16" or 17" laptop that they could offer my daughter, it would be greatly appreciated(obviously it has to be working, and have all of the relevant accessories) also she needs to replace her mobile, she had one of these touch screen fandangled phones which was 'open to all networks'. I am not very 'up' on phones, but if anyone has one of these 'touchscreen' phones they have no use for once again it would be greatly appreciated, (would also need to come with the charger etc).
I have seen that there are some laptops and iphones being advertised as 'FREE' (for a pint or a coffee) that have been won in competitions etc. Could these 'donators' please contact me if they feel they could help.
I can collect the items at a time suitable for anyone who feels they can help.
