hi im after a house to rent on long term contract .im on benifits have a 9 yr little girl and a dog .myself and my partner both live in flats and would like to start a home together .we would like to move in without having to put much money down ie bond and rent inadvance ,dont mind paying them if we could pay bit each month or if you have house that needs work doing .that we could do it our self ie gardening paintin anything really if you think u could help us please like to hear from u
