The house is spacious and tidy, and has two toilets/showers, massive open plan kitchen and living room with TV and freeview. Rent is £240 a month and includes water, but not other bills such as elec, gas and internet (although bills work out quite cheap between 6)

Students only and must be available for at least a 6 month contract.... Females preferred as it currently stands at 4 males and 2 females, with both of us females due to move out so want some more to take our place in order to keep the balance.
