i have a 2 bed room large flat in cannon park which has a balcony and communal garden which is shared, my flat has been decorated throughout recently, there are local shops near by about 2 mins walk and cannon park shopping center is about 5 to 10 mins walk as well there are school again primary 2 mins and secondary 10 to 15 mins walk there are also bus stops less then 2 mins away and a local pub which has a nice atmosphere.
my flat is one of 6 in the block i am on 1st floor which there is only 3 that are council and the people are mainly older people living here
there isnt off road parking but there are garages available from the council and the street is quite and can see the road where cars are parked if want to look but it is a nice quiet area

i would like a min of 2 bed house with a private garden it doesnt have to be decorated as i will be able to do so, areas considered are cannon park, canley, tile hill, earsldon, as i would like to stay close to family and friends
