Me and my housemate have just moved into a 5 bedroom house and it's feeling a bit empty in here! We are looking for another 2 people to share the bills. with 4 people the rent and bills would be £250 each per month.
We have a large living room with 42" plasma TV, great kitchen with large 6 hob cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water on tap. Two toilets, one with walk-in shower and one with a bath and shower. The house has 20mb broadband internet and wireless connectivity, decent sized garden and off-road parking for 2 small cars. We also have a cinema room with hundreds of movies available. House is fully furnished. We have 5 cats.
There is a bus route 5 minutes walk away that goes into the town centre and supermarket 5 minutes walk away also.
We feel that this is an ideal home for students as me and my housemate are both easy going and laid back which would suit the student lifestyle.
