I have one room free at 42.50 per week - extras are gas and electricity (share of use) and council tax (shared) if you are not student. You would be sharing with 3 postgraduate students.

Broadband internet is connected and is included in the rent.

Parking is not difficult outside the house, and there is a good bus service to the city centre (4km) near to the house. There is also a bus service to Warwick university, or you can walk to the university in about 25 mins - it is about 2km away by the shortest route. Westwood Science Park and Tile Hill industrial estate (Torrington Avenue) are both nearby.

The room is 2.4 x 2.1 m approx - with single bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe. Bathroom and kitchen are shared.

There is a washing machine, microwave, freezer, etc. The house is occupied by postgraduate students.

The house is non-smoking, so non-smokers only please.
