Our client, part of a national charity, has a prestigious care home, set in Coventry. The home offers nursing care to older people in a purpose-built facility. There is a choice of tastefully decorated lounge and dining areas, and the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is also a garden with seating for residents and guests to enjoy. Daily activities include games, arts and crafts, gardening, computers, and visiting pets. Outside interests are encouraged, and the home hosts social events. With a comprehensive Care Strategy and program of clinical development, the home is totally dedicated to ‘quality of life’ philosophy, for the care of older people; a population that is rapidly growing, and a specialism that needs dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Due to this total commitment the home is now looking to enhance the quality of care with the addition of RGN qualified nurses.

The Successful candidates will be first level registered general nurses, preferably with previous experience within care of the elderly. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, supported by the Manager. The delivery of the highest standards of personal care is paramount, through an enthusiastic and helpful approach.
The home is flexible on shift patterns and applications are welcome from nurses on full-time, part-time and bank basis, days or nights.
