I'm having to move out of the house due to money issues and there is a double room going in a nice end of terrace house. The house is located in Hatton Park with good access to nearby towns, birmingham, coventry, and the m40 for further afield. You will be replacing me in the house and will be living with 1 other person.

The remaining housemate is 23, female and studying her PGCE at Warwick university. the room is available until 1st September 2008.
