Our client is a privately owned 3* hotel with a 1AA Rosette restaurant. They are currently seeking a new and experienced F&B Manager. Previous experience in fine dining essential, preferably at AA Rosette standard. Salary is negotiate for the right candidate.

We are looking for a successful candidate with the following;

• Previous experience in F and B / C and B
• Well presented
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to lead and manage a team
• Great communication skill
• Attention to detail
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times, promoting this within the team
• Accurately promote sales and secondary spend
• EPOS experience and cellar experience desirable
